When you take a
measurement, the
holding results light
remains on.
There may be a problem with
your telephone line or service.
If you have recently made any
changes to your phone
service, such as changing
carriers or types of phone
service (for example, changed
to a DSL service from a
traditional land line), your
TeleStation may no longer
work.
Perform the CALL button test as follows:
- Find the CALL button on the far right of
the back panel of the TeleStation.
- Press the CALL button for less than 2
seconds. The TeleStation should beep
once.
- Release the CALL button.
- In 10 seconds, the using phone light
should turn on and the TeleStation will dial
your healthcare provider.
- After a few minutes, the using phone
light and the holding results light should
turn off.
- If the holding results light turns off, the
TeleStation is operating correctly. (It may
take a few minutes for it to turn off.)
- If the results above do not occur, contact
your healthcare provider. If you have
changed the type of phone service that you
have, tell your health care provider.
