MX40
 To display the pulse rate measurement at the MX40:
1 If not already selected, press the Main Screen button and select the 1
waveform with 4 numerics display.
2 If pulse is not already displayed, touch a numeric.
3 Select Change Numeric.
4 Select Pulse.
