5. Spare Parts Service
Spare Parts Service (English)
Extending the lifetime of IT products is the most effective way to reduce their
environmental impact
.
Spare parts are not upgradeable, but repairable and/or replaceable.
Spare parts are available for use in the repair of EPEAT registered products (refer to
www.epeat.net ) for minimum 5 years after the point of sale or 2 years after the end of
production, whichever is later.
Spare parts are available for use in the repair of non-EPEAT registered products
for minimum 3 years after the point of sales or 1 year after the end of production,
whichever is later.

further information.
