4 Get started Always follow the instructions in this chapter in sequence. Connect power Switch to standby mode The speaker switches to standby mode in the following situations: • In power on mode, press . • No audio is played or no key is pressed for 15 minutes. Wake up from standby mode • In standby mode, press or PAIRING. • Tap the NFC tag with your mobile phone.
5 Use Bluetooth devices NFC With this speaker, you can listen to audio from Bluetooth-enabled devices. Connect a device Note •• Make sure that your Bluetooth device is compatible with this speaker. •• Before pairing a device with this speaker, read its user manual for Bluetooth compatibility. •• The speaker can memorize a maximum of 8 paired devices. •• Make sure that Bluetooth function is enabled on your device, and your device is set as visible to all other Bluetooth devices.
2s Disconnect the Bluetoothenabled device • • Disable Bluetooth on your device; or Move the device beyond the communication range. »» The LED indicator flashes. To clear the Bluetooth pairing history: Press and hold PAIRING for more than 7 seconds. 6 Other features Charge your mobile devices You can charge your mobile devices through the CHARGING socket. Listen to an external device With this speaker, you can also listen to an external audio device such as an MP3 player.
