11 Troubleshooting

Problem Solution
No power. Make sure that the power
adaptor is securely connected to
both the power supply and the
device.
Make sure that there is power at
the AC outlet.
No sound
or poor
sound.
Adjust the volume.
Disconnect the headphones.
Make sure that you have select
the correct audio source.
No
response
from the
device.
Reconnect the power adaptor
and wait about 15 seconds for
this device to boot-up.
