*The CDR765BK is designed to use CD-R and CD-RW discs optimized for audio recording and

bearing these logos. Discs produced for CD-R and CD-RW computer drives are not suitable. CD-

RW discs will play only on CD-RW compatible players and recorders.

CD-Recordable Recording onto special blank compact discs (audio CD-R discs), it is possible to compile an archive of highest quality digital recordings, for playback on conventional CD players, as well as on the CDR765BK. Once recorded, CD-R discs are then “fixed” for life.
