When you select Digital Audio Out at steps 3-4, the Dolby Digital, DTS,
and MPEG settings will be available at the bottom of the Display Screen.
To change the Dolby Digital, DTS, or MPEG settings, press the
Arrow

buttons to select the desired item, then press the
OK button repeatedly to set the item to On or Off.

• To enjoy Dolby Digital Surround or
DTS Surround sound, you must con-
nect the DVD Player to a Dolby
Digital or DTS decoder. Details are
on page 11.
• MPEG sound is not available if the
DVD player is connected to audio
equipment that is not MPEG sound
compatible.
