3 Connect Place the unit Note •• Make sure that the colors of the speaker wires and terminals are matched. 1 2 Insert the wire completely. • Insert the right speaker wires to "R", and left speaker wires to "L". Place the unit near the TV. Place the left and right speakers at equal distance from the TV and at an angle of approximately 45 degrees from the listening position.
Option 2: Connect to the composite video socket HDMI VIDEO HDMI IN 1 • Connect an HDMI cable (not supplied) to: • the HDMI socket on the unit. • the HDMI input socket on the TV. Tip •• If the TV has a DVI connector only, connect via an HDMI/DVI adaptor. Connect an audio cable for sound output. •• If this product connects to a TV compatible with 1080p or 1080p/24Hz, we recommends HDMI category 2 cable, also known as High Speed HDMI cable, for optimal video and audio output.

Note •• This unit only supports play of MP3, DivX (Ultra) or JPEG files that are stored on a USB storage device. •• Press USB to access the content and play the files. Connect FM antenna Tip •• For optimal reception, fully extend and adjust the position of the antenna. •• For better FM stereo reception, connect an outdoor FM antenna to the FM ANTENNA socket.

Play from a Bluetoothenabled device Option 1: Pair and connect through NFC Near Field Communication (NFC) is a technology that enables short-range wireless communication between various NFC compatible devices, such as mobile phones and IC tags. With the NFC function, data communication can be achieved easily just by touching the relevant symbol or designated location on NFC compatible devices.
English Play a disc Caution •• Never look at the laser beam inside the unit. •• Risk of product damage! Never play discs with accessories such as disc stabilizer rings or disc treatment sheets. •• Never put any objects other than discs into the disc compartment. Play a Karaoke disc and sing along through the microphone.

Tune to a radio station 1 2 3 Press FM/AUDIO IN repeatedly to select the FM radio source. Press and hold / ( / ) for more than two seconds. »» [SEARCH] (search) is displayed. »» The radio tunes to a station with strong reception automatically. Repeat step 2 to tune to more stations. • To tune to a weak station, press / ( / ) repeatedly until you find optimal reception. Program radio stations automatically You can program a maximum of 20 FM preset radio stations.
7 USB record Audio CD tracks are recorded in .mp3 format. The first time you record to USB, a folder is automatically created in the USB device. Each time you record to USB, the recorded files are stored in a sub-folder. Files and sub-folders are named numerically in the order by which they are created.

Before you start, place the disc in the disc compartment (maximum 20 discs can be locked). • [Lock] – Restricts access to the current disc. Once activated, a password is needed to unlock and play the disc. • [Unlock] – Plays all discs.
• • [4:3 Letter Box] – For 4:3 screen TV: wide-screen display with black bars on the top and bottom of the screen. [4:3 Wide Screen] – For wide-screen TV: display ratio 16:9. [Picture Setting] (for JPEG display) Selects different slide-show play modes: [Wipe Top], [Wipe Bottom], [Wipe Left], [Wipe Right], [Left Top], [Right Top], [Left Bottom] and [Right Bottom]. [HD JPEG] Enjoys untouched and uncompressed JPEG pictures at it's original resolution when you connect the unit and the TV with a HDMI cable.
