FROTHING MILK/BREWING CAPPUCCINO
Frothing milk
Note:
When preparing your cappuccino, use cold (~5°C / 41°F) milk with a protein
content of at least 3% to ensure optimum results. Whole milk or skimmed
milk may be used depending on individual taste.
Note:
When you plan to froth milk right after turning on the machine or after
brewing a co ee, any water still in the circuit may need to be dispensed
rst.
To do this, press the
button to dispense steam for a few seconds.
Thereafter press the
button to stop dispensing. Then continue with
step 2.

Before frothing milk, make sure that the machine is ready to use and
the water tank is  lled.
Warning:
Danger of scalding! Dispensing may be preceded by small jets of hot
water. When steam is used, the steam wand and the chrome cover
may reach high temperatures. Never touch them with bare hands. The
Automatic Milk Frother must be handled only as shown in the  gure.
