Country Chicken Tenders

1 pound chicken tenders
FOR THE BREADING
3 eggs, beaten
½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
½ cup all-purpose our
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1. Preheat the Airfryer to 330°F. In three separate
bowls, set aside the breadcrumbs, eggs and
our. Season the breadcrumbs with salt and
pepper. Add olive oil to the breadcrumbs and
mix well. Place the chicken in the our, then
dip into the eggs and nally coat with the
breadcrumbs. Press to ensure breadcrumbs
are coated securely and evenly to the chicken.
Shake off any excess breading prior to placing
in the cooking basket. Cook half of the chicken
tenders at a time, with each batch cooking for
10 minutes or until golden brown.
