1 Important
Read this important information leaet carefully before you use the appliance and save it for
future reference.
Warning
• Do not immerse the motor unit in water nor rinse it under the tap.
• Before you connect the appliance to the power, make sure that the voltage indicated
on the bottom of the appliance corresponds to the local power voltage.
• If the power cord, the plug, or other parts are damaged, do not use the appliance .
• If the power cord is damaged, you must have it replaced by Philips, a service center
authorized by Philips, or similarly qualied persons to avoid a hazard.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• Before you connect the mixer to the mains, insert the beaters, or kneading hooks into
the mixer.
• Before you switch on the appliance, lower the beaters, or kneading hooks into the ingredients.
• Switch off the appliance and disconnect it from the mains if you leave it unattended and
before you assemble, disassemble and clean it.

This Philips mixer with a powerful 300W motor gives you perfect end results with the least
effort when kneading, mixing or whisking . Plus added control with 5 dedicated speeds
settings for all your recipes.

appropriate speed

4 Using the appliance
Before rst use
Before you use the appliance for the rst time, thoroughly clean the parts that come into
contact with food.
1 Clean the motor unit with a moist cloth.
2 Clean the beaters and kneading hooks in warm water with some washing-up liquid or
in a dishwasher.
Wire beaters/strip beaters/kneading hooks (g.2)
1 Select an appropriate speed, from 1 to 5, to switch on the wire/strip beaters or kneading
hooks. To avoid splashing, start mixing at a low speed, and then switch to a higher speed.
• For tougher jobs, press and hold the Turbo button while processing.
2 After use, turn the speed selector to 0 (off position), and then unplug the appliance.
3 Press the Eject button to release the wire/strip beaters or kneading hooks.
5 Recipe
Toscana Bread
Ingredients:
• 1000g All-purpose our
• 500 ml water
• 100 ml oil
• 1.5 teaspoon salt
• 1.5 teaspoon sugar
• 11 g yeast
• 1.5 teaspoon of dry rosemary
• 100 g green or black olives
Directions:
1 Put our, water, oil, salt, sugar and yeast in a bowl.
2 Mix the ingredients for three minutes using turbo speed.
3 Put the dough into the refrigerator for one hour.
4 Cut the olives into small pieces.
5 Take the dough out from the refrigerator.
6 Press and hold the turbo button to mix the dough for 10 seconds.
7 Bake the bread in a baking tin at 180C for about 30 minutes
Note
• This recipe is extremely heavy for your mixer. Let your mixer cool down for two
hours after preparing this recipe.

1 Clean the motor unit with a moist cloth.

4 Menggunakan alat
Sebelum menggunakan alat pertama kali
Sebelum menggunakan alat untuk pertama kali, bersihkan sampai tuntas semua bagian yang

1 Bersihkan unit motor dengan kain lembab.
2 Bersihkan pengocok atau pengocok spiral dalam air hangat dengan sedikit cairan

4 제품 사용
최초 사용 전
제품을 처음 사용하기 전에 음식과 닿는 부품은 깨끗이 세척하십시오.
1 젖은 천으로 본체를 닦습니다.
2 소량의 세제를 푼 뜨거운 물 또는 식기 세척기를 이용해 혼합기와 반죽기를
세척합니다.

1 나선형 반죽기/거품기 또는 반죽기를 켜려면 1에서 5까지 적당한 속도를
선택합니다. 재료가 튀지 않게 낮은 속도에서 작동을 시작한 후 속도를 높입니다.
• 작업 시 더 강한 힘이 필요한 경우, 작동 중에 터보 버튼을 길게 누릅니다.

5 요리법
토스카나 빵
재료:
• 다목적용 밀가루 1000g
• 물 500ml
• 기름 100ml
