Schoonmaken
• Neem altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat u het
apparaat gaat schoonmaken.
• U kunt de ventilator schoonmaken met een zachte en
eventueel wat vochtige doek (desgewenst met wat
afwasmiddel).
Gebruik geen schuurmiddelen of oplosmiddelen.
Garantie en service
Dit produkt wordt door Philips gedurende één jaar na de
datum van aankoop gegarandeerd tegen gebreken als
gevolg van materiaal- en fabricagefouten. De garantie
omvat zowel onderdelen als arbeidsloon.
Reparatie wordt alleen onder garantie uitgevoerd indien
overtuigend wordt aangetoond (bijvoorbeeld door middel
van een ingevulde garantiekaart of aankoopbon) dat de
dag waarop de klacht is ingediend binnen de
garantieperiode valt.
De garantie vervalt indien het defect is ontstaan door
schade als gevolg van een ongeluk, onjuist gebruik,
verwaarlozing, of indien er ingrepen aan zijn verricht of
reparatie is uitgevoerd door daartoe niet bevoegde
personen.
Service (tijdens en na de garantieperiode) kan worden
verkregen in alle landen waar het produkt officieel door
Philips wordt gedistribueerd. Ook in landen waar het
produkt niet door Philips wordt gedistribueerd, zal de
plaatselijke Philips organisatie service verlenen. Er zal
echter enige vertraging kunnen optreden wanneer de
juiste reserve-onderdelen niet direct beschikbaar zijn.

Important

Pour faire osciller le ventilateur, mettez le bouton (C) en
position basse (fig. 2).
Le ventilateur n’oscille pas quand le bouton (C) est en
position haute (fig. 3).
Positionnement
La direction du courant d’air peut être réglée en un mode
horizontal et vertical.
Horizontalement :
Tirez le bouton (C) vers le haut et tournez le bloc
moteur (A) comme illustré à la fig. 4.
Verticalement :
Déplacez le bloc moteur vers le haut ou vers le bas pour
amener le ventilateur en position verticale (fig. 5).
Nettoyage
• Débranchez toujours l’appareil avant de le nettoyer.
• Nettoyez avec un chiffon doux sec ou humide, si
nécessaire avec un peu de détergent savonneux.
N’utilisez jamais d’abrasifs ou de solvants.
Garantie et service
Philips Appareils Domestiques garantit le
fonctionnement de ses appareils conformément aux
prescriptions de leur mode d'emploi.
En cas de défaillance de l'appareil, Philips assure
gratuitement, à travers son réseau de réparateurs
agréés (liste dans le minitel 3615 Philips), sa réparation
pendant un an, à compter de la date de vente. Le
service est effectué sous garantie uniquement sur
présentation d'un justificatif (par ex. carte de garantie
dûment complétée ou facture d'achat) et la date
d'intervention doit se situer dans la période de garantie.
La garantie ne couvre pas les défaillances dues à une
cause accidentelle, à un mauvais usage ou une
négligence et en cas de modifications ou réparations
effectuées par des personnes non qualifiées. En aucun
cas, cette garantie ne peut donner droit à des
dommages et intérêts.

sont pris en charge par Philips A.D sur présentation des
justificatifs correspondants.

Schwenkmechanismus
Der Ventilator schwenkt bei eingedrücktem Schalter (C)
hin und her (Abb. 2).
Befindet sich der Schalter (C) in der oberen Position, so
steht der Ventilator still (Abb. 3) und bläst nur in eine
Richtung.
Einstellung
Die Richtung des Luftstroms kann horizontal und vertikal
eingestellt werden.
Horizontal:
Drehen Sie das Motorgehäuse (A), wie in Abb. 4
gezeigt, nach rechts oder links.
Vertikal:
Bewegen Sie das Motorgehäuse nach oben oder nach
unten in die gewünschte Richtung (Abb. 4).
Reinigung
• Ziehen Sie vor der Reinigung stets den Stecker aus
der Steckdose.
• Reinigen Sie das Gerät mit einem weichen, trockenen
oder feuchten Tuch. Sie können dem Wasser ein
wenig Spülmittel zusetzen.
Verwenden Sie keine Scheuer- oder Lösungsmittel.
Garantie
Philips übernimmt für dieses Gerät eine Garantie für die
Dauer eines Jahres ab Verkaufsdatum. Diese Garantie
gilt für Material- und Fabrikationsfehler und schließt
sowohl die Ersatzteile wie die Arbeitsleistung ein.
Die Garantieleistung setzt voraus, daß ein
ausreichender Beleg, z.B. die ausgefüllte Garantiekarte
oder eine ordentliche Kaufquittung, vorgelegt wird und
der Garantieanspruch innerhalb der Garantiefrist
erhoben wird. Die Garantie verfällt, wenn das Gerät
beschädigt, nicht sachgemäß benutzt oder gewartet
wurde oder unbefugte Eingriffe vorgenommen wurden.
Der Service während und nach der Garantiezeit ist in
allen Ländern verfügbar, in denen das gekaufte Philips-
Produkt offiziell vertrieben wird. In den Ländern, in
denen Philips dieses Produkt nicht vertreibt, übernimmt
die örtliche Philips-Organisation trotzdem den Service;

baby’s en oudere mensen) gedurende lange
tijd bloot te stellen aan een koude
luchtstroom. Voor langdurig gebruik wordt
daarom aangeraden het apparaat
automatisch te laten zwenken en het in te
stellen op de lage snelheid.
• Gebruik de ventilator niet in een extreem hete
of vochtige omgeving (bijv. een badkamer).
• Zet de ventilator niet te dicht bij planten,
vitrage e.d.

Zwenken
Als het apparaat werkt, zal het bovenste deel heen en
weer zwenken wanneer knop (C) is ingedrukt (fig. 2).
Het bovenste deel staat stil wanneer deze knop in de
hoogste stand staat (fig. 3).
In de juiste stand zetten
De richting van de luchtstroom kunt u zowel horizontaal
als verticaal aanpassen.
Horizontaal:
Trek knop (C) omhoog en draai het motorgedeelte (A)
zoals in fig. 4 wordt aangegeven.
Verticaal:
Draai het motorgedeelte naar boven of naar beneden om
het in de gewenste verticale stand te brengen (fig. 5).

• Non usate il ventilatore in ambienti molto
caldi e/o umidi, come ad esempio la stanza
da bagno.
• Tenete il ventilatore lontano da tendaggi
leggeri, piante ecc.

Per far oscillare il ventilatore, premete il comando di
oscillazione (C) (fig. 2).
Quando tale comando è in posizione di massima
sporgenza, il ventilatore non oscilla (fig. 3).
Regolazione del flusso d'aria
Il flusso dell'aria può essere regolato sia in senso
orizzontale sia in senso verticale.
In senso orizzontale
Tirate il comando di oscillazione (C) e girate il corpo
vano motore (A) come illustrato nella fig. 4.
In senso verticale
Spostate verso l'alto o verso il basso il corpo vano
motore (A) fino a raggiungere la posizione verticale
desiderata.
Pulizia
• Togliete sempre la spina dalla presa di alimentazione
prima di provvedere alla pulizia dell'apparecchio.
• Pulite il ventilatore con un panno morbido, asciutto
oppure umido, potete usare anche un detersivo.
Non usate prodotti abrasivi o solventi.
Garanzia e Servizio Assistenza
Philips garantisce questo apparecchio per un anno dalla
data dell'acquisto contro i difetti di fabbricazione e dei
materiali impiegati.
La garanzia copre sia le parti di ricambio sia la mano
d'opera.
L'assistenza per gli apparecchi in garanzia si ottiene
solamente presentando la prova d'acquisto
dell'apparecchio (p.e. la garanzia debitamente
compilata, oppure lo scontrino fiscale) che comprovano

Oscillation
The fan will oscillate when the oscillation knob (C) is in
the down position (fig. 2).
When the oscillation knob is in the up position the fan
does not oscillate (fig. 3).
Positioning
The direction of the air stream can be adjusted in a
horizontal and vertical direction.
Horizontally:
Pull knob (C) upwards and turn the motor housing (A) as
illustrated in fig. 4.
Vertically:
Move the motor housing upwards or downwards to bring
the fan into the desired vertical position (fig. 5).
Cleaning
• Always remove the plug from the mains socket before
cleaning.
• Clean with a soft dry or damp cloth, if required with a
detergent.
Do not use abrasives or solvents.
Guarantee and service
This product is guaranteed by Philips for a period of
one year after the date of purchase against defects due
to faulty workmanship or materials. The guarantee
covers both piece parts and labour.
Service under guarantee is only provided upon
presentation of reasonable evidence (e.g. completed
guarantee card or purchase receipt) that the date of the
claim is within the guarantee period.
The guarantee is not valid if the defect is due to
accidental damage, misuse or neglect and in case of
alterations or repair carried out by unauthorised persons.
Service (during and after guarantee) is available in all
countries where the product is officially distributed by
Philips.
In countries where Philips do not distribute the product,
the local Philips service organisation will also arrange
service although there may be a delay if the required
spare parts are not readily available.

IMPORTANT
The wires in the mains lead are coloured in
accordance with the following code:
BLUE - NEUTRAL
BROWN - LIVE
As the colours of the wires in the mains lead of this
appliance may not correspond with the markings
identifying the terminals in your plug, proceed as
follows:
The wire which is coloured BLUE must be
connected to the terminal which is marked with the
letter “N” or coloured BLACK.
The wire which is coloured BROWN must be
connected to the terminal which is marked with the
letter “L” or coloured RED.
DO NOT CONNECT either of these wires to the
earth terminal in the plug which is marked with the
letter “E” or by the earth symbol E or coloured
GREEN, or GREEN AND YELLOW.
Note: If the terminals of the plug are unmarked
or if you are in any doubt consult a qualified
electrician.
If a (BS 1363) 13 amp. plug is used this must be
fitted with a 13 amp. fuse.

Colocación
La dirección de la corriente de aire puede ajustarse en
sentidos vertical y horizontal.
Horizontalmente:
Tire del botón (C) hacia arriba y gire la carcasa del
motor (A) como se muestra en la fig. 4.
Verticalmente:
Muevan la carcasa del motor hacia arriba o hacia abajo,
para llevar el ventilador a la posición apropiada (fig. 5).
Limpieza
• Quiten siempre la clavija de la toma de corriente antes
de limpiar el aparato.
• Límpienlo con un paño suave seco o húmedo, con un
poco de detergente si hace falta. No empleen
abrasivos ni disolventes.
