Introduction

Read this important information booklet carefully before
you use the appliance and save it for future reference.
Danger
- Keep the adapter dry (Fig. 1).
Warning
- Check if the voltage indicated on the adapter
corresponds to the local mains voltage before you
connect the appliance.
- The adapter contains a transformer. Do not cut
off the adapter to replace it with another plug, as
this causes a hazardous situation.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons
(including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
- This appliance is not intended for use by children.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they
do not play with the appliance.
- Always check the appliance before you use it. Do not
use the appliance if it is damaged, as this may cause
injury.
- Do not use the appliance in the bath or in the
shower.
Caution
- Use, charge and store the appliance at a temperature
between 5°C and 35°C.
- Only use the adapter or the charger supplied.
- Make sure the appliance is switched off and
disconnected from the mains before you clean it
under the tap.
- Never immerse the charger in water nor rinse it
under the tap.
- If the appliance is subjected to a major change in
temperature, pressure or humidity, let the appliance
acclimatise for 30 minutes before you use it.
- If the adapter or charger is damaged, always have it
replaced with one of the original type in order to
avoid a hazard.
- Do not use the appliance if any of its parts is
damaged or broken, as this may cause injury.
- Never use compressed air, scouring pads, abrasive
cleaning agents or aggressive liquids such as petrol or
acetone to clean the appliance.

Compliance with standards
- The appliance complies with the internationally
approved IEC safety regulations and can be safely
cleaned under the tap (Fig. 2).
- This Philips appliance complies with all standards
regarding electromagnetic elds (EMF). If handled
properly and according to the instructions in this
user manual, the appliance is safe to use based on
scientic evidence available today.
Environment
- Do not throw away the appliance with the normal
household waste at the end of its life, but hand it in
at an ofcial collection point for recycling. By doing
this, you help to preserve the environment (Fig. 3).
- The built-in rechargeable battery contains substances
that may pollute the environment. Always remove
the battery before you discard and hand in the
appliance at an ofcial collection point. Dispose of
the battery at an ofcial collection point for batteries.
If you have trouble removing the battery, you can
also take the appliance to a Philips service centre.
The staff of this centre will remove the battery for
you and will dispose of it in an environmentally safe
way. (Fig. 4)
Removing the rechargeable battery
Only remove the rechargeable battery when you
discard the appliance. Make sure the battery is
completely empty when you remove it.
Be careful, the battery strips and housing parts are very
sharp.
1 Check if there are any screws in the back or front
of the appliance. If so, remove them.
2 Remove the back and/or front panel of the
appliance with a screwdriver. If necessary,
also remove additional screws and/or parts
until you see the printed circuit board with the
rechargeable battery.
3 If necessary, cut the wires to separate the printed
circuit board and the rechargeable battery from the
appliance.

problem, please visit the Philips website at www.philips.
com or contact the Philips Consumer Care Centre
in your country (you nd its phone number in the
worldwide guarantee leaet). If there is no Consumer
Care Centre in your country, go to your local Philips
dealer.
Guarantee restrictions
Cutting units are not covered by the terms of the
international guarantee because they are subject to wear.

기준 준수
- 본 제품은 국제적으로 공인 받은 IEC 안전

충전식 배터리 분리
제품을 폐기할 때에만 충전식 배터리를
분리하십시오. 분리 시 배터리가 완전히
방전되었는지 확인하십시오.
배터리의 면과 외장이 매우 날카로우니
조심하십시오.
1 제품 뒷면이나 앞면에 나사가 있는지 확인하고
있는 경우 나사를 푸십시오.
2 드라이버를 이용하여 제품의 뒤쪽 또는 앞쪽
패널을 분리하십시오. 필요한 경우 충전식
배터리가 장착된 인쇄 회로 기판이 보일 때까지
추가 나사 또는 부품을 분리하십시오.
3 필요한 경우 전선을 잘라 제품에서 인쇄 회로
기판 및 충전식 배터리를 분리하십시오.

Peringatan
- Periksa apakah voltase pada adaptor sesuai
dengan voltase listrik di rumah Anda, sebelum
menghubungkan alat.

dengan tipe yang asli agar terhindar dari bahaya.
- Jangan gunakan alat jika komponennya ada yang rusak
atau patah, karena dapat menyebabkan cedera.
- Jangan sekali-kali menggunakan udara bertekanan,
sabut gosok, bahan pembersih abrasif atau
cairan agresif seperti bensin atau aseton untuk
membersihkan alat.

Kepatuhan pada standar
- Alat ini mematuhi peraturan keselamatan IEC yang
disetujui secara internasional dan aman dibersihkan di
bawah keran (Gbr. 2).

Jika ditangani dengan benar dan sesuai dengan

Lingkungan
- Jangan membuang alat bersama limbah rumah

tetapi serahkan ke tempat pengumpulan barang
bekas yang resmi untuk didaur ulang. Dengan
melakukan hal ini, Anda ikut membantu melestarikan
lingkungan (Gbr. 3).
- Baterai isi-ulang yang terpasang mengandung bahan
yang dapat mencemari lingkungan. Selalu keluarkan
baterai sebelum membuang alat atau membawanya
ke tempat pengumpulan resmi. Buang baterai
bekas di tempat pengumpulan resmi untuk baterai.
Jika Anda sulit mengeluarkan baterai, Anda pun
dapat membawa alat tersebut ke pusat layanan
Philips yang akan membantu mengeluarkan baterai
dan membuangnya dengan cara yang aman bagi

Melepas baterai isi-ulang
Hanya keluarkan baterai isi-ulang apabila Anda akan
membuang alat. Pastikan baterai benar-benar habis
sewaktu Anda mengeluarkannya.
Berhati-hatilah, strip baterai dan komponen rumahnya
sangat tajam.
1 Periksa apakah ada sekrup di bagian belakang atau
depan alat. Jika ya, lepaskan.
2 Lepaskan panel belakang dan/atau depan alat dengan
obeng. Jika perlu, lepaskan juga sekrup dan/atau
komponen tambahan hingga Anda melihat papan
sirkuit cetakan bersama baterai isi-ulang.
3 Jika perlu, potong kabel untuk memisahkan papan
sirkuit cetakan dan baterai isi-ulang dari alat.
