7 Press the ash button to release a ash. Now you have
2 options to release the next ash:
A Keep the ash buttonpressed.The appliance releases one
ashafteranotheraslongasthesafetyringisinfullcontact
with the skin. Immediately after the appliance has ashed,
slidetheappliancetothenextarea.Makesurethesafetyring
isfullypressedontotheskin.
This‘Slide&Flashmode’isespeciallyconvenientfortreatmentof
largerareaslikethelegs.
B Letgooftheashbuttonaftereachash.Forthenextash,
placetheapplianceonthearearightnexttothepreviously
ashedarea.Makesurethesafetyringisfullypressedonto
theskin.
This‘Step&Flashmode’guaranteesaprecisetreatmentofe.g.
theupperlip,kneesorankles.
Note: After a few seconds, the appliance is ready to ash again, so
make sure that you move it to the next area immediately after it
has ashed.
Do not treat exactly the same area multiple times during
one session. This does not improve the effectiveness of the
treatment, but increases the risk of skin reactions.
8 To avoid untreated areas, always make sure there is some
overlap with the previously treated area when you place
the appliance on the skin.
9 Switch off the appliance after you have nished the
treatment.
10 If there is any dirt on the attachment and/or the light exit
window, clean it before you store the appliance in the case.
If necessary, moisten the supplied cloth with water or high
percentage alcohol for cleaning.See chapter ‘Cleaning and
maintenance’ in the user manual for more information.
Tip: White eye pencil
Tohelpyourememberwhatpartofyourskinyouhavealready
treated, you can mark sections on your leg with a white eye
pencil.
1 Take a white eye pencil and draw a line on your leg. Start at
any point of your leg and draw a straight line.
