EN Quick Start Guide
1 Turn ON your device (e.g. TV).
Check if you can operate the TV,
using your new universal remote
control.
If the TV does not respond, continue
with step 2.
2 Press and hold the device selection
key (e.g. ) for 5 seconds until the
red Setup LED
lights up.
3 Look up the four-digit code for
your brand and device (e.g. TV) in
the ‘Shortlist with brands’ in this
Quick start Guide.
Enter the code using the digit keys
(e.g. Philips TV, ).
4 Press and hold the key and
immediately release it as soon as the
device (e.g. TV) switches off
(standby).

This step normally takes
between 5 and 60 seconds.
5 Turn on the device (e.g. TV) and
try out the keys you need for
operating the TV.
• Ifakeydoesnotfunctionas
expected, press and hold it and
immediatley release it as soon as it
works.
6 Press the device selection key
(e.g. ) twice to save your settings
and exit setup mode.
