I MINI-BAT/12DC/2.6AH sono dei moduli batteria piombo-AGM
esenti da manutenzione, concepiti per l'uso con MINI-DC-UPS
12DC/4.
Norme di sicurezza e avvertenze
Solo personale specializzato può occuparsi dell'installazione
dell'apparecchio e della sua messa in servizio. Rispettare le
norme di sicurezza e antinfortunistiche nazionali.
• Non eseguire mai interventi con la tensione inserita.
• Effettuare una connessione di rete corretta e garantire la
protezione contro le scosse elettriche.
• Dimensionare e proteggere a sufficienza le linee.
• Dimensionare e proteggere separatamente le linee del lato
secondario in base alla corrente max. di uscita.
• Per il montaggio, l'uso e l'immagazzinamento del modulo
batteria attenersi alle disposizioni della VDE 0510.
• In caso di immagazzinamento del modulo batteria, tenere
sempre conto dell'ultima messa in servizio e, se necessario,
ricaricare la batteria. La ricarica della batteria può avvenire solo
con il gruppo di continuità.
• Rimuovere il fusibile del modulo batteria per tutta la durata
dell'installazione o della sostituzione del modulo.
• Il modulo batteria non richiede manutenzione e non deve
essere aperto.
• Garantire una sufficiente aerazione e disaerazione del luogo di
impiego del modulo batteria.
• Evitare fiamme libere, brace o scintille in prossimità del modulo
batteria.

Installazione
Il dispositivo è applicabile su tutte le guide di montaggio da
35mm a norma EN60715. La posizione di montaggio normale è
orizzontale.
Montare il dispositivo nel punto più freddo dell'armadio di
comando.
Per il funzionamento conforme del dispositivo non è necessario
rispettare una distanza minima dagli altri moduli.
Connessione/cavo di connessione
La connessione a MINI-DC-UPS avviene mediante il cavo di
connessione fisso.

Inserire il fusibile solo a installazione ultimata.
Non gettare le batterie e gli accumulatori esausti nei rifiuti
domestici. Smaltirli secondo le prescrizioni vigenti a livello
nazionale.
È possibile riconsegnare le batterie e gli accumulatori
esausti anche a Phoenix Contact o al produttore.
Module de batterie MINI-BAT/12DC/2.6AH
Les MINI-BAT/12DC/2.6AH sont des modules de batterie AGM
au plomb destinés à être utilisés avec la MINI-DC-UPS 12DC/4.
Consignes de sécurité et avertissements
Seul du personnel qualifié doit installer et mettre en service
l'appareil. Respecter la législation nationale en vigueur en
matière de sécurité et de prévention des accidents.
• Ne jamais travailler lorsqu'une tension est appliquée!
• Procéder au raccordement secteur dans les règles de l'art et
garantir la protection contre l'électrocution.
• Dimensionner et protéger les câbles correctement.
• Dimensionner et protéger les câbles côté secondaire en
fonction du courant de sortie maximal.
• Respecter les dispositions de la DIN VDE 0510 lors du
stockage, du montage et du fonctionnement du module de
batterie.
• En cas de stockage du module de batterie, toujours tenir
compte de la date maximum de mise en service et recharger la
batterie si nécessaire. Toujours utiliser une alimentation
secourue pour recharger la batterie.
• Durant l'installation ou le remplacement du module de batterie,
retirer le fusible.
• Le module de batterie ne nécessite aucun entretien et il est
interdit de l'ouvrir.
• Veiller à ce que le lieu d'installation des batteries soit
suffisamment ventilé et aéré.
• Le module de batterie ne soit jamais exposé à une flamme nue,
un élément incandescent ou à des étincelles.

Installation
L'appareil est encliquetable sur tous les profilés 35 mm
conformes à EN60715. L'emplacement normal du montage est
horizontal.
Il doit être monté à l'endroit le plus frais de l'armoire électrique.
L'écart latéral existant par rapport à d'autres modules n'a aucune
incidence sur le fonctionnement de l'appareil dans le cadre d'une
utilisation conforme.
Raccordement / Câble de raccordement
Le raccordement à la MINI-DC-UPS est effectué via le câble de
raccordement installé de façon permanente.

 Câble en cuivre, température de service > 75 °C
(température ambiante < 55 °C) et > 90 °C (température
ambiante < 75 °C).
Le fusible doit être mis en place après l'installation réussie.
Ne pas éliminer les batteries et accumulateurs usagés
avec les déchets ménagers. Il convient de les éliminer en
respectant la réglementation nationale en vigueur.
Il est possible de renvoyer les batteries et accumulateurs
usagés à Phoenix Contact ou à leur fabricant.
MINI-BAT/12DC/2.6AH battery module
MINI-BAT/12DC/2.6AH are maintenance-free lead AGM battery
modules for use with MINI-DC-UPS 12DC/4.
Safety notes and warning instructions
Only qualified specialist personnel may install and start up the
device. National safety and accident prevention regulations must
be observed.
• Never carry out work on live parts.
• Establish mains connection correctly and ensure protection
against electric shock.
• Ensure supply lines are the correct size and have sufficiant
fuse protection.
• Ensure cables on the secondary side are the correct size for
the maximum output current and have separate fuse
protection.
• The VDE 0510 regulations regarding storage, installation and
operation of the battery module must be observed.
• When storing the battery module, observe the latest startup
date of the battery module and recharge, if necessary. The
battery may only be recharged using an uninterruptible power
supply unit.
• The fuse for the battery module must be removed when
installing or replacing the battery module.
• The battery module is maintenance-free and may not be
opened.
• The location for the battery module must allow for sufficient
ventilation.
• Keep flames, embers or sparks away from the battery module.

Installation
The device can be snapped onto all 35 mm DIN rails according to
EN60715. Normal mounting position is horizontally.
The device should be installed in the coolest part of the control
cabinet.
In order for the device to function in the manner intended it is not
necessary to observe any minimum spacing to other modules.
Connection/connecting cable
The connection to the MINI-DC-UPS is established using the
permanently installed connecting cables.

Only insert the fuse once installation has been completed.
Do not dispose of used batteries and accumulators in the
household waste. They should be disposed of in
accordance with the currently applicable national
regulations.
You can return used batteries and accumulators to
Phoenix Contact or the manufacturer.

MINI-BAT/12DC/2.6AH sind wartungsfreie Blei-AGM-
Batteriemodule zur Verwendung mit MINI-DC-UPS 12DC/4.
Sicherheits- und Warnhinweise
Nur qualifiziertes Fachpersonal darf das Gerät installieren und in
Betrieb nehmen. Nationale Sicherheits- und
Unfallverhütungsvorschriften sind einzuhalten.
• Niemals bei anliegender Spannung arbeiten.
• Netzanschluss fachgerecht ausführen und Schutz gegen
elektrischen Schlag sicherstellen.
• Zuleitungen ausreichend dimensionieren und absichern.
• Sekundärseitige Leitungen dem max. Ausgangsstrom
entsprechend dimensionieren und gesondert absichern.
• Für Lagerung, Montage und Betrieb des Batteriemoduls die
Bestimmungen der VDE 0510 beachten.
• Bei Lagerung des Batteriemoduls immer die späteste
Inbetriebnahme beachten und die Batterie ggf. nachladen. Das
Nachladen der Batterie darf nur mit der Unterbrechungsfreien
Stromversorgung erfolgen.
• Für die Dauer der Installation oder Wechsel des
Batteriemoduls die Sicherung am Batteriemodul entfernen.
• Das Batteriemodul ist wartungsfrei und darf nicht geöffnet
werden.
• Für ausreichende Be- und Entlüftung des Batteriestandortes
sorgen.
• Keine offene Flamme, Glut oder Funken in die Nähe des
Batteriemoduls bringen.

Installation
Das Gerät ist auf alle 35-mm-Tragschienen nach EN60715
aufrastbar. Die Normaleinbaulage ist waagerecht.
Die Montage sollte an der kühlsten Stelle im Schaltschrank
erfolgen.
Für die bestimmungsgemäße Gerätefunktion ist die Einhaltung
eines Mindestabstands zu weiteren Modulen nicht erforderlich.
Anschluss/Verbindungskabel
Der Anschluss an MINI-DC-UPS erfolgt über die fest installierten
Verbindungskabel.

Instruções de segurança e alerta
O equipamento somente pode ser instalado e colocado em
funcionamento por pessoal técnico qualificado. Devem ser
cumpridas as normas nacionais de segurança e prevenção de
acidentes.
• Nunca trabalhar sob tensão.
• Executar conexão de rede profissional e garantir proteção
contra impacto.
• Dimensionar e proteger as linhas de alimentação de forma
suficiente.
• Dimensionar e proteger separadamente as linhas secundárias
de acordo com a máx. corrente de saída.
• Durante o armazenamento, montagem e funcionamento do
módulo de bateria, observar as indicações de VDE 0510.
• Em caso de armazenamento do módulo de bateria, observe o
prazo máximo para colocação em funcionamento e, se
necessário, recarregue a bateria. A recarga da bateria só pode
ser efetuada com alimentação ininterrupta com corrente.
• Durante a instalação ou troca do módulo de bateria, remover o
fusível do módulo de bateria.
• O módulo de bateria dispensa manutenção e não pode ser
aberto.
• Deve ser garantida ventilação e exaustão suficientes do local
de instalação para o módulo de baterias.
• Não permitir chamas abertas, brasas ou faíscas na
proximidade do módulo de baterias.

Instalação
O dispositivo pode ser encaixado em todos os trilhos de fixação
de 35 mm conforme EN60715. A posição de montagem normal
é horizontal.
A montagem deve ser feita no local mais fresco do armário de
distribuição.
Para o funcionamento perfeito do aparelho, não é necessário o
cumprimento de uma distância mínima a outros módulos.

Baterias velhas podem ser devolvidas à Phoenix Contact
ou ao fabricante.
