Most probable cause
쐍 Replace the neckloop.
쐍 Wear the ComPilot II with the
neckloop around your neck or
check if neckloop cable is
plugged in the ComPilot II
correctly.
쐍 Wear ComPilot II in upright
position.
쐍 Keep the Bluetooth device.
within the operating range.
쐍 Make sure your hearing aids
are inserted correctly

neckloop around your neck or
check if neckloop cable is
