or user must provide proof of purchase of the product.

This guarantee of 12 months includes also the accessories,

understanding like such all the components included in the original

box.

Batteries are excluded from this warranty, having a warranty period

of 3 months.

During the 12 months after purchase the customer will be required

to ship the device to SIMTEL Technical Service by the means the

client deems most appropriate and at his expense.

As far as possible the client will send the device to SIMTEL

Technical Service in its original box and with the accessories

included at the time of purchase.

The replacement or repair of the product doesn’t extend the initial

warranty period, although the time required for the replacement or

repair of products is not taken into account for calculating the

warranty period.
