you must contact that retailer for your exchange
or refund.
Purchases from our Website
Products sold on mioglobal.com come with a
thirty (30) day full refund period. If for any reason
you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase
from our website, contact us for assistance
in processing a return. Your product must be
returned in original packaging and unused
condition to receive full product credit; your
shipping costs will not be refunded.
