STREAMLINED. Universal Remote is a passive controller with three momentary footswitches that is compatible with a wide range of digital effects pedals from Pigtronix as well as other top manufacturers, allowing you to explore the full extent of your most robust effects.
EXPLANATION OF CONTROLS Universal Remote should be connected using a standard ¼” TRS (tip / ring / sleeve) cable. The three switches on Universal Remote make the following connections: Footswitch 1: Shorts Ring to Sleeve when pressed. Footswitch 2: Shorts Tip and Ring to Sleeve simultaneously when pressed. Footswitch 3: Shorts Tip to Sleeve when pressed. The momentary footswitches in the Universal Remote are the “normally open” type. Universal Remote does not require power and does not take batteries.
