WARRANTY for
LTL Café Doors, Wood Barn Door, Glass Barn Doors, Sliding Glass
Doors and Sliding Mirror Doors
LTL Home Products warrantees its Café Doors, Wood Barn Doors, Glass
Barn Doors, Sliding Glass doors, Sliding Mirror doors against manufacturer
defect in construction for a period of one year. Warranty covers the
product, it does not cover any cost incurred in the finishing or hanging of
the product.
For the warranty to be valid, the customer must request a return
authorization for approved said goods from LTL Home Products. Customer
must provide a dated proof of purchase receipt.
Once the product is returned at owner’s expense and the manufacturer
has inspected and confirmed that the problem is manufacturer defect, the
customer will be given replacement product, no credits or monetary
funds will be issued. If product is decided not to be a manufacturing
defect then no credit will be issued or monetary transaction will be
provided by LTL Home Products.
The warranty does not cover the painting, staining or clear coated finish
placed on the product. This is the responsibility of the paint/stain
manufacturer.
