Is Dazzle DVD Recorder HD compatible with

Windows 10?

Yes, Dazzle DVD Recorder HD is compatible with 64-bit

versions of Windows 10.

How do I check if my system is 64-bit?

You can tell if you have a 32- or 64-bit system by right-

clicking on My Computer, then selecting Properties. It will

be listed in System Type.

Is an active internet connection required to use

the product?

An internet connection is required for product installation,

registration, product updates, and some features. It is not

required to run the software.

How do I install Pinnacle Studio for Dazzle?

1. Plug your Dazzle DVD Recorder device into a USB

port on your computer.

2. Insert the Pinnacle Studio for Dazzle disc into the DVD

drive on your computer. The Installation Manager will

automatically start on most systems when the disc is

inserted. If it does not launch automatically on your

computer, please locate and run the file “Welcome.exe”

in the root directory of the DVD.

3. You will be prompted to activate and register

your product.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the program

software. Once the installation process is complete,

you can start Pinnacle Studio for Dazzle by double-

clicking the icon on your desktop.

Note: An internet connection is required for product

installation and updates. Windows may ask for your permis-

sion during various steps of the installation process. Please

grant permissions when requested so that the installation

can be completed.

Do I need a serial key?

A serial key is not required to install the product. The Dazzle

DVD Recorder device acts as your serial key. Please ensure

you plug it in before starting the installation process.

Frequently Asked Questions How do I connect the Dazzle DVD Recorder device to my DVD player? Step One | Connect the video output on your VCR to the matching video input on your Dazzle DVD Recorder device using an RCA or S-Video Cable. If your VCR has a yellow RCA video output, use an RCA cable to connect it to the matching yellow RCA video input on the Dazzle DVD Recorder device.

Frequently Asked Questions Troubleshooting Low-quality video VHS tapes are generally recorded at a lower quality than we have come to expect in the age of digital video, and they degrade over time. Dazzle DVD Recorder will faithfully transfer your video. Pinnacle Studio for Dazzle includes some tools to sharpen, denoise and improve the quality of captured video, but it cannot improve videos beyond the quality of the video as it was originally captured on the tape.
