The volume is low for the headphones, or speaker with built-in
amplifier, etc. connected to the headphones jack of your
smartphone.
• Adjust the volume on your smartphone.
• Check the external input setting and volume on the powered
amplifier or speaker with built-in amplifier, etc.
• Check your smartphone is correctly connected to the headphones/
speaker with built-in amplifier, etc. If you’re using a mono cable and
sound is not output, use a stereo cable.

Monitoring with headphones is disabled even when using the
split cable to connect the headphones to your PC/Mac.
