4 Press the [ (PLAY/PAUSE)] button to cancel pause.
Playback starts from the position reached in the background.
Slip Scratch Play
1 Press the [JOG MODE (VINYL)] button.
Set Jog mode to [VINYL].
2 Press the [SLIP] button.
The unit enters Slip mode.
3 Press the top of the jog wheel during playback for scratch play.
Normal playback continues in the background during scratch play. The [SLIP]
button flashes with the beat of the sound playing in the background.
4 Release the top of the jog wheel.
Playback starts from the position reached in the background.
Slip Hot Cue
1 Press the [SLIP] button.
The unit enters Slip mode.
2 Press the [HOT CUE (CALL)] button to switch to Hot Cue mode.
3 Press and hold one of the Performance Pads.
Hot cueing begins.
Normal playback continues in the background during Hot Cue playback.
The [SLIP] button flashes in beat with the sound playing in the background.
• At the point 4 beats after hot cueing begins, Slip Hot Cue mode is
automatically canceled and playback starts from the position reached in the
background.
4 Release the Performance Pad.
