Carefully shut off both hot and cold water supplies from under the sink. Plug the sink drain with a soft cloth to prevent intrusion of debris or the loss of any faucet parts.

Faucet Installation • • • • • • • • • Place base plate underneath the faucet. Apply adequate amount of plumbers putty or sealant underneath the base plate. Lead the faucet Inlet (B) through the mounting surface. Make sure the ‘Pioneer’ logo face toward the front and ensure that handles turns in correct direction. Slide the mounting washers (C) through faucet inlet (B). Thread and hand tighten the mounting nut (D) through the faucet inlet (B). Make sure both side mounting nuts (D) are securely tighten.

Main Supply Connection • • • • • • Connect the faucet inlet (B) to inlet supply lines (J). Then connect the supply stops (K) to the inlet supply lines (J) (left is hot water supply and right is cold water supply). Make sure inlet supply lines (J) are securely tighten. Do not overtighten. Turn on water. Check for any leaks. Make sure all the connections are secure. Remove aerator (L). Open the handle. Flush and allow water to run at full flow for at least one minute. Replace aerator (L).
