Speaker setup for BCS-FS121
Preparing the speakers
1. Connectthewirestotheplayer.
 Insertthecablesconnectedtotheplayerto
thesamecoloredconnectoronthespeaker.
Caution
• ThesespeakerterminalscarryHAZARDOUSLIVE
voltage.Topreventtheriskofelectricshockwhen
connectingordisconnectingthespeakercables,
disconnectthepowercordbeforetouchingany
uninsulatedparts.
• Donotconnectanyspeakersotherthanthose
suppliedtothissystem.
• Donotconnectthesuppliedspeakerstoany
amplifierotherthantheonesuppliedwiththis
system.Connectiontoanyotheramplifiermay
resultinmalfunctionorfire.
2. Attachthenon-skidpadstothebaseof
eachspeaker.

Allspeakershaveamountingholewhichcan
beusedtomountthespeakeronthewall.
Before mounting
Rememberthatthespeakersystemisheavy
andthatitsweightcouldcausethescrews
toworkloose,orthewallmaterialtofailto
supportit,resultinginthespeakerfalling.
Makesurethatthewallyouintendtomount
thespeakersonisstrongenoughtosupport
them.Donotmountonplywoodorsoftsurface
walls.
Mountingscrewsarenotsupplied.Usescrews
suitableforthewallmaterialandsupportthe
weightofthespeaker.

• Ifyouareunsureofthequalitiesandstrengthof
thewall,consultaprofessionalforadvice.
• Pioneerisnotresponsibleforanyaccidentsor
damagethatresultfromimproperinstallation.
