Turn on the power to the
monitor TV and/or audio
system.
When a stereo system is used
for audio listening:
Turn on the power of the amplifier,
and set its input selector to the pro per
position for listening to the player,
such as "LD".

Turn on the power to this unit.

Open the disc table.

TIPS:
If & on the front panel is pressed in
the STANDBY mode, the power is
automatically turned on and the disc
table is opened.

To specify and play a single side (side A or side B)
To play side A only, press DISC SIDE A instead of D,-/_,-t.<.Side A will
be played and then playback will stop.
To play side B only, press DISC SIDE B instead of _-/_I<. Side B will
be played and then playback will stop.
State of the display window during Gamma-turn:
• During switching from side A to side B
• During switching from side B to side A
TIPS:
While switching the side, a still picture appears on the screen and
" :.-_-__" or " _--3 " in the display window blinks.
