• When the system is placed into standby mode, the main power
flow is cut and the system is no longer fully operational. A minute
flow of power feeds the system to maintain operational readiness.
• If you are not going to use the plasma television for a long period
of time, be sure to remove the power cord from the power outlet.
• If you unplug the plasma television from a power outlet, the clock
inside the plasma television will reset with certain functions,
such as timer recording, are disabled. After plugging in the
plasma television again, clock information is automatically
obtained as you tune in a DTV programme.
If you unplug the plasma television from a power outlet when a
timer recording programme(s) has been registered, the plasma
television may automatically tune in to the DTV programme in
order to obtain clock information when you turn the power on the
next time.
It may take a short while until the clock information is obtained.
An alert will appear when you try to tune in an analogue
programme before obtaining the clock information.
