Prolonged and repeated overexposure to amines may cause liver and kidney damage based on animal studies. Possible skin sensitization. As a by-product of curing up to 4% Methylethylketoxime (MEKO, CAS No. 96-29-7) may be released within product. Repeated and prolonged exposure to MEKO can cause allergic skin reaction and is a potential carcinogen (Group 2B) by IARC.

Methyl alcohol overexposure may cause reproductive effects. For Amorphous Silica: CARCINOGENICITY: The International Agency for Research on Cancer has evaluated amorphous silica and listed it as Group 3 which state that the agent (mixture or exposure circumstances) is not classifiable as to its carcinogenicity to humans.
