3. Place the oven on a sturdy, level, heat-resistant surface on which you will be cooking. Once oven is level
secure screws with screwdriver. Place the two baking stones as shown into oven so they rest on the support
brackets. The at stone belongs on the bottom; the stone with indentations should be placed on top as shown
below. Note the stones are fragile; use care in handling and placing the stones.
4. Place the hood with the rear-aligning tab contacting rst. Then set down the cover so the cover rim over-
laps the oven body.
