Clean and check the condition of  the single internal  
005 NBR90 o-ring in the front of  the 
OOPS
insert
 and 
replace if  necessary 
(See fiGure 24G). Lubricate 
this o-ring liberally using Eclipse Grease.
Lubricate the narrow end of  the 
OOPS pin
 with a smear 
of  Eclipse Grease and push the 
OOPS pin
, narrow end 
first, into the 
OOPS
insert
 so that it sits in the 
OOPS
insert
 and pokes through to the front (See fiGureS 
24h & 24i)
.
Screw the 
OOPS
insert
 back into the 
OOPS
body
ensuring that the o-ring end goes in first.
Replace the 
push rod
 into its designated slot (See 
fiGure 24j)
 then side 004 NBR70 o-rings onto both 
ends of  the 
push rod
. Make sure the 
push rod
 is centred 
in the 
OOPS body
 (See fiGure 24k). 
Slide the 
OOPS
knob
 over the 
OOPS
body
 and screw the 
knob
 onto the 
body
 (See fiGure 24L).
Reconnect the 
macroline
 hose to the fitting on the 
OOPS
body
(See fiGure 24M).
You have now successfully cleaned and maintained your 
On/Off Purge System
.
