4.7.4 User Management
This function allows setting up the user management function of Industrial Modbus Gateway. Press the “Submit” button to
apply the setting as the screen in Figure 4-21 appears.

The page includes the following configurable data:
Authentication
This function provides “Disable” or “Enable” the authentication function.
Number
Indicate the number from 1 to 3 for user management items.
User Name
Display the current user name information.
Password
Display the current password length.
Permission
This function provides “Administrator” or “Guest” for the access permission.
Guest only views the Industrial Modbus gateway state and only the system
administrator can configure the parameters of the Industrial Modbus Gateway.
Operation
This function provides editing the current username and password setting; the available
range is 20 letters.
