4.3 Network Settings
This function allows setting the value for network configuration. The value is DHCP client, IP address, Subnet
Mask, or Gateway, DNS. Press the “Submit” button to set the value and the screen in Figure 4-3 appears.

Network Settings
• Use the following IP
Address
Choose static IP address for the Industrial Modbus Gateway.
• Automatically Obtain
IP Address
Enable the DHCP function for the Industrial Modbus Gateway.
When enabling this function, the Industrial Modbus Gateway will send a
DHCP request to the DHCP server in the network. Once the DHCP Server
gets the request, it will assign a dynamic IP address, subnet mask and
gateway to the Industrial Modbus Gateway. The factory default setting is
“Disable”.
• IP Address
Manually assign IP address to the Industrial Modbus Gateway.
The factory default value is 192.168.0.100
• Subnet Mask
Manually assign subnet mask to the Industrial Modbus Gateway.
The factory default value is 255.255.255.0
• Gateway
Manually assign Gateway to the Industrial Modbus Gateway.
The factory default value is 192.168.0.254
• Use the following
DNS Server Address
Choose static IP address for the DNS server of Industrial Modbus
Gateway.
• Automatically obtain
Enable the DHCP function for the DNS server of Industrial Modbus
