4.5.2.3 RTU Master mode

This function allows the users to use Modbus RTU master device and Modbus TCP device to achieve communication. The

operation mode of the Industrial Modbus Gateway is set to RTU Master. The serial telnet mode topology in Figure 4-5-7

appears.

4.5.2.4 ASCII Slave mode

This function allows the users to use Modbus TCP master device and Modbus ASCII device to achieve communication. The

operation mode of the gateway is set to ASCII Slave. The TCP server mode topology in Figure 4-5-9 appears.
