Call Forward function for VIP-154T/VIP-154PT

Call Forward to PSTN (VIP-154NT): VIP-154NT not only support Call Forward to IP calls, but also can

forward the calls to PSTN. You can choose the Call Forward type with PSTN, then input the name and

the PSTN number in URL/Number field.
