Factory Reset
You may reset BT-PHONE01 to its default settings. Resetting will also remove the pairing history
of your Bluetooth Mini Phone with the mobile phone.
1. Keep BT-PHONE01 in “power on” mode
2. Remove the Bluetooth® connection to BT-PHONE01 on your phone or other devices
3. Hold the button of “Volume up”, “Volume down” and “MFB” simultaneously
4. Bluetooth Mini Phone will restart by flashing blue 3 times then goes into paring mode
automatically.
Bluetooth Bluetooth Mini Phone is designed to work with Alcatel Bluetooth devices. Due to large
variability between different Bluetooth devices from different manufacturers, interoperability
between the Bluetooth Mini Phone and non-Alcatel Bluetooth-enabled products is not guaranteed.
Troubleshooting
I can hear crackling noise.
To receive the best audio quality, it is recommended to wear your Bluetooth Mini Phone on the
same side of the body as your mobile phone.
I can't hear anything in my Bluetooth Mini Phone.
• Ensure the Bluetooth Mini Phone is turned on and is properly charged.
• Ensure the Bluetooth Mini Phone is properly paired with the mobile phone.
• Ensure that the mobile phone is connected with the Bluetooth Mini Phone – if it does not
connect, either refer to the mobile phone's Bluetooth menu or by pressing the MFB once
(see “Using Your Bluetooth Mini Phone” and “Pairing Your Bluetooth Mini Phone with a
Bluetooth Mobile Phone”).
I can't connect my Bluetooth Mini Phone with my mobile phone.
• Ensure your Bluetooth Mini Phone is turned off and is properly charged.
• Ensure the Bluetooth Mini Phone is properly paired with your mobile phone.
• Ensure your mobile phone’s Bluetooth feature is activated. Please refer to your mobile
phone user guide for specific instruction.
• Ensure the Bluetooth Mini Phone is within ten meters range of your mobile phone and
there are no obstructions, such as walls or other electronic devices in between.
If the above steps do not solve your problem, please recharge the Bluetooth Mini Phone and
remove your mobile phone’s battery for a while.
Safety Information
• Check and observe local laws regarding the use of a mobile phone and a Bluetooth Mini
Phone while driving. If you use the Bluetooth Mini Phone while driving, ensure your full
attention and focus. It is your responsibility to drive safely. Consider to pull off the road
before making or answering a call.
• Never leave your Bluetooth Mini Phone above any air bag deployment area inside your
car as serious injury may result when an air bag deploys.
