90 Day Limited Warranty Information
90 Day Limited Manufacturing Defects Warranty
Plantation Patterns Company LLC extends a 90 day limited warranty to the original
purchaser or user of Plantation Patterns indoor/outdoor area rugs. This area rug is
warrantied from manufacturer’s defects for 90 days for indoor and outdoor owner-
occupied residential use from the date of purchase.
THINGS THAT ARE NOT COVERED:
• Area rugs used incorrectly or under improper conditions
• Damage caused from a faulty subfloor
• Identifiable surface stains
• Area Rugs damaged by improper care and use, including but not limited to:
burns, tears, indentations, cuts, and appliance or furniture damage.
To obtain benefits from this limited warranty, any claims must be filed in writing,
along with the defective area rug must be sent to Plantation Patterns LLC, 400
Chase Park South, Suite 212, Birmingham, AL 35244. Plantation Patterns will
respond promptly to any notification of a warranty claim, but reserves the right to
test and inspect the area rug prior to replacement.
Plantation Patterns LLC makes not warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose. The sole remedy provided by this warranty or any implied
warranty is replacement remedies for incidental or consequential damages are
excluded.
