Your system has a headset quick start guide and a base
quick start guide.
SET UP AND POWER
1 Using the illustration, set up the mobile phone station.
Ensure the power cord is not under the foot of the base.
2 Next, slide the switch on your headset and power it on.
PAIR YOUR PHONE
1 To pair your mobile phone to the base, place your phone
on the charge pad and press the "Pair" softkey.
2 Go to Bluetooth settings on your mobile phone and
select Poly Elara 60 Series.
ATTENTION Your headset is already paired to the base if
purchased together (if not, go to Settings > Bluetooth > Headset
Pairing > Add New).
3 OPTIONAL You can also pair your headset to your phone
if you want to walk away from the base and keep using
your headset (see your headset quick start guide).
CHARGE YOUR PHONE
Wireless charging: If your mobile phone supports
wireless charging, align the phone (vertically or
horizontally) to the left edge of the charge pad.
W
ired charging: For wired charging, connect a charge
cable (not provided) as shown. Connection provides
power only.
UPDATE FIRMWARE
To update your mobile phone station firmware and
customize your settings, download the Poly Elara app
from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
SET TIME AND LANGUAGE
Automatic time, date and language sync requires the
Poly Elara app and is triggered by opening the app on
your phone.
HOW TO
Make a call
To make a call, dial a number from your phone or the
base and press the Call
button.
Answer a call
To answer a call, do one of the following:
• put on the headset (headsets with sensors only)
• press the Call
button on the base or headset
• press the "Accept" softkey
End a call
To end a call, press the Call
button on the base, phone
or headset or press the "End call" softkey.
Connect/Disconnect
Connect: If your phone is paired to the base and you
walk out of range of the base with your phone, then the
base disconnects from your phone. To connect again
when you come back in range, press the "Connect"
softkey.
D
isconnect: If you would like to disconnect the Bluetooth
connection between the base and your phone, press the
"Disconnect" softkey.
Switch audio
To switch audio to the speakerphone
or headset ,
press the corresponding button on the base.
Stream media
To stream media, open the app on your phone and select
the "Media" softkey on the base.
Use Microsoft Teams
Press the purple Teams button to launch the Microsoft
Teams app (requires Microsoft Teams app).
Video conference
Tilt the charge platform for a better video conference
experience.

EINRICHTEN UND EINSCHALTEN
1. Richten Sie die Mobiltelefonstation wie in der Abbildung

3. OPTIONAL Sie können Ihr Headset auch mit Ihrem Telefon
paaren, wenn Sie Ihr Headset unabhängig von der Basis
verwenden und sich frei bewegen möchten (siehe Headset-
Kurzanleitung).
LADEN DES TELEFONS
Kabelloses Laden: Wenn Ihr Mobiltelefon das kabellose
Laden unterstützt, richten Sie das Telefon (im Hoch- oder
Querformat) am linken Rand der Ladefläche aus.
K
abelgebundenes Laden: Zum kabelgebundenen Laden
schließen Sie ein Ladekabel wie dargestellt an (nicht im
Lieferumfang enthalten). Die Verbindung stellt lediglich die
Stromversorgung sicher.
FIRMWARE AKTUALISIEREN
Zur Anpassung der Einstellungen und Aktualisierung der
Firmware Ihrer Mobiltelefonstation laden Sie die App für die
Poly Elara-Serie aus dem Apple App Store oder Google Play
Store herunter.
ZEIT UND SPRACHE EINSTELLEN
Für die automatische Zeit-/Datums- und
Sprachsynchronisierung ist die Poly Elara-App erforderlich.
Sie wird durch Öffnen der App auf Ihrem Telefon gestartet.
TIPPS
Anruf tätigen
Um einen Anruf zu tätigen, wählen Sie auf Ihrem Telefon
oder an der Basis eine Nummer und drücken Sie dann die
Anruftaste
.
Anruf entgegennehmen
Gehen Sie wie folgt vor, um einen Anruf anzunehmen:
• Setzen Sie das Headset auf (nur bei Headsets mit
Sensoren).
• Drücken Sie die Anruftaste
an der Basis oder am
Headset.
• Drücken Sie den Softkey „Annehmen“.
Anruf beenden
Drücken Sie zum Beenden eines Anrufs die Anruftaste
auf
Basis, Telefon oder Headset oder drücken Sie den Softkey
„Anruf beenden“.
Verbinden/Trennen
V
erbinden: Wenn Ihr Telefon mit der Basis gepaart ist und
Sie mit Ihrem Telefon die Reichweite der Basis verlassen,
wird die Basis vom Telefon getrennt. Um erneut eine
Verbindung herzustellen, wenn Sie wieder in Reichweite der
Basis sind, drücken Sie den Softkey „Verbinden“.
T
rennen: Wenn Sie die Bluetooth-Verbindung zwischen
Basis und Telefon aufheben möchten, drücken Sie den
Softkey „Trennen“.
Audio-Umschaltung
Zum Umschalten von Audio auf den Konferenzlautsprecher
oder das Headset drücken Sie die entsprechende Taste
an der Basis.
Medien-Streaming
Öffnen Sie zum Streamen von Medien die App auf Ihrem
Telefon und drücken Sie den Softkey „Medien“ an der Basis.
Verwendung von Microsoft Teams
Drücken Sie die lilafarbene „Teams“-Taste, um die Microsoft
Teams-App zu starten (Microsoft Teams-App erforderlich).
Videokonferenz
Kippen Sie die Ladeplattform für ein besseres
Videokonferenz-Erlebnis.

CONFIGURACIÓN Y ALIMENTACIÓN
1 Sigue la ilustración para configurar la estación de teléfono

CARGA DEL TELÉFONO
Carga inalámbrica: si tu teléfono móvil es compatible con la
carga inalámbrica, alinea el teléfono (vertical u
horizontalmente) con el borde izquierdo de la base de carga.
C
arga con cable: para cargar con cable, conecta un cable de
carga (no incluido) como se indica. La conexión solo
proporciona alimentación.
ACTUALIZACIÓN DEL FIRMWARE
Para actualizar el firmware de la estación de tu teléfono
móvil y personalizar tus ajustes, descarga la aplicación Poly
Elara desde el Apple App Store o Google Play Store.
AJUSTE DE HORA E IDIOMA
La sincronización automática de fecha, hora e idioma
requiere la aplicación Poly Elara y se activa al abrir la
aplicación en el teléfono.

Realizar una llamada
Para realizar una llamada, marca un número desde tu
teléfono o la base y pulsa el botón de llamada
.
Responder a una llamada
Para responder a una llamada, realiza una de las siguientes
acciones:
• ponte los auriculares (solo auriculares con sensores)
• pulsa el botón de llamada
de la base o los auriculares
• pulsa la tecla de función "Aceptar"
Finalización de una llamada
Para finalizar una llamada, pulsa el botón de llamada
de la
base, el teléfono o los auriculares, o bien pulsa la tecla de
función "Finalizar llamada".
Conexión/desconexión
C
onexión: si tu teléfono está vinculado a la base y sales del
alcance de la base con tu teléfono, la base se desconectará
del teléfono. Para volver a conectarte cuando vuelvas a
estar dentro del rango, pulsa la tecla de función "Conectar".
D
esconexión: si deseas desconectar la conexión Bluetooth
entre la base y el teléfono, pulsa la tecla de función
"Desconectar".
Cambio de audio
Para cambiar el audio al altavoz
o los auriculares , pulsa
el botón correspondiente de la base.
Reproducción de medios
Para la reproducción de medios, abre la aplicación en el
teléfono y selecciona la tecla de función "Medios" en la base.
Uso de Microsoft Teams
Pulsa el botón morado para invocar la aplicación Microsoft
Teams (requiere la aplicación Microsoft Teams).
Videoconferencia
Inclina la plataforma de carga para disfrutar de una mejor
experiencia de videoconferencia.

Votre système a un guide de démarrage rapide pour vos
écouteurs ainsi que pour la base.
CONFIGURATION ET ALIMENTATION
1 À l’aide de l’illustration, configurez la station de téléphone
mobile. Assurez-vous que le cordon d'alimentation ne se
trouve pas sous le pied de la base.
2 Ensuite, allumez vos écouteurs en faisant glisser
l’interrupteur.
JUMELER VOTRE TÉLÉPHONE
1 Pour jumeler votre téléphone cellulaire à la base, déposez
votre téléphone sur le module de charge et appuyez sur la
touche de fonction « Jumeler ».
2 Allez aux paramètres Bluetooth de votre téléphone cellulaire
et sélectionnez Poly Elara 60 Series.
ATTENTION S’ils ont été achetés ensemble, vos écouteurs et la base
sont déjà jumelés (sinon, allez à Paramètres > Bluetooth > Jumelage
des écouteurs > Ajouter de nouveaux écouteurs).
3 FACULTATIF Vous pouvez également jumeler vos écouteurs
à votre téléphone si vous désirez vous éloigner de la base et
continuer de les utiliser (consultez le guide de démarrage
rapide de vos écouteurs).
RECHARGER VOTRE TÉLÉPHONE
Recharge sans fil : Si votre téléphone cellulaire est
compatible avec la recharge sans fil, alignez-le
(verticalement ou horizontalement) avec le bord gauche du
module de charge.
Recharge avec fil : Pour la recharge avec fil, branchez un
câble de recharge (non f
ourni) dans l'appareil, tel qu’illustré.
Le branchement fournit uniquement l'alimentation.
METTRE À JOUR LE MICROLOGICIEL
Pour mettre à jour le micrologiciel de la station de votre
téléphone mobile et personnaliser vos paramètres,
téléchargez l’application Poly Elara dans l’App Store d’Apple
ou sur Google Play.
RÉGLAGE DE L’HEURE ET DE LA LANGUE
La synchronisation automatique de l’heure, de la date et de
la langue requiert l’application Poly Elara et s’effectue en
ouvrant l’application sur votre téléphone.
COMMENT
Appel
Pour faire un appel, composez un numéro sur votre
téléphone ou la base, puis appuyez sur la touche d'appel
.
Répondre à un appel
Pour répondre à un appel, procédez comme suit :
• Enfilez l'écouteur (écouteurs avec capteurs uniquement)
• Appuyez sur la touche d'appel
sur la base ou sur
l'écouteur
• Appuyez sur la touche de fonction « Accepter »
Mettre fin à un appel
Pour mettre fin à un appel, appuyez sur le bouton de
gestion des appels
de la base, du téléphone ou des

Connexion/Déconnexion
Connexion : Si votre téléphone est jumelé à la base et que
vous vous déplacez hors de portée de celle-ci, elle se
déconnecte de votre téléphone. Pour la reconnecter lorsque
vous êtes à sa portée, appuyez sur la touche de fonction
« Connecter ».
Déconnexion : Si vous souhaitez interrompre la connexion
Bluetooth entre la base et votre téléphone, appuyez sur la
touche de fonction « Déconnecter ».
Changement de source audio
Pour faire basculer l'audio vers le haut-parleur mains libres
ou l'écouteur , appuyez sur le bouton correspondant sur
la base.
Diffusion de contenu multimédia
Pour diffuser du contenu multimédia, ouvrez l’application
sur votre téléphone et sélectionnez la touche de fonction
« Multimédia » sur la base.
Utilisation de Microsoft Teams
Appuyez sur le bouton violet Teams pour activer
l'application Microsoft Teams (nécessite l'application
Microsoft Teams).
Vidéoconférence
Inclinez la plateforme de charge pour améliorer votre
expérience de vidéoconférence.

3. FACOLTATIVO È anche possibile associare il dispositivo
audio al telefono, se si desidera allontanarsi dalla base e

RICARICA DEL TELEFONO
Ricarica wireless: se il telefono cellulare supporta la ricarica
wireless, allineare il telefono (in orizzontale o verticale) al
bordo sinistro della base di carica.
R
icarica con cavo: per la ricarica con cavo, collegare un cavo
di carica (non fornito in dotazione) come visualizzato. Il
collegamento fornisce solo alimentazione.
AGGIORNARE IL FIRMWARE
Per aggiornare il firmware della postazione per il telefono
cellulare e personalizzare le relative impostazioni, scaricare
l'app Poly Elara dall'Apple App Store o da Google Play.

telefono o sulla base e premere il pulsante di chiamata
.
Rispondere a una chiamata
Per rispondere a una chiamata, attenersi a una delle
seguenti procedure:
• Indossare l'auricolare (solo per l'auricolare dotato di
sensori)
• premere il pulsante di chiamata
sulla base o
sull'auricolare
• premere il softkey "Accetta"
Terminare una chiamata
Per terminare una chiamata, premere il pulsante di

oppure premere il softkey di fine chiamata.
Connessione/disconnessione
C
onnessione: se il telefono è associato alla base ed esce dal
raggio d'azione della base, quest'ultima si disconnette dal
telefono. Per connetterla nuovamente quando si rientra nel
raggio d'azione, premere il softkey per la connessione.
D
isconnessione: per interrompere la connessione Bluetooth
tra la base e il telefono, premere il softkey per la
disconnessione.
Alternare l'origine dell'audio
Per alternare l'audio tra l'altoparlante
e l'auricolare ,
premere il pulsante corrispondente sulla base.
Streaming di file multimediali
Per eseguire lo streaming di file multimediali, aprire l'app sul
telefono e selezionare l'apposito softkey sulla base.
Utilizzo di Microsoft Teams
Premere il pulsante viola di Teams, per attivare l'app
Microsoft Teams (è necessario disporre dell'app).
Videoconferenza
Inclinare la postazione di ricarica per un'esperienza video
ottimizzata.
