Limited Lifetime Warranty
GHP Group, Inc. promises to repair or replace any Pleasant Hearth Lifetime Grate that is
defective in material or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns it. This is the
sole and exclusive remedy. This warranty is subject to limitation, exclusions and other
provisions as detailed below:
This warranty does not apply to the following:
• Normal wear and tear from standard use of the course of ownership.
• Modications, alteration or attachments to the product
• Products that were not installed, used, or maintained in accordance with product instructions
and warnings
• Defects resulting from improper or abnormal use, abuse, misuse or accidents
To order parts or obtain warranty service, call 1-877-447-4768, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CST,
Monday – Friday. Failure to follow all instructions in the owner’s manual will also void this
warranty. GHP Group, Inc. will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the
above limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specic legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from
state to state.
