Section VI ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
Steps to be Taken in Case Material is Released or Spilled:
Remove all ignition sources. Ventilate the area. Minimize skin contact. Contain spills immediately. Dike and contain
spill with inert material (e.g. sand, earth). Transfer liquids and diking material to suitable containers for recovery or
disposal.
Caution:
Keep spills and cleaning runoff out of municipal sewers and open bodies of water.
Waste Disposal Method:
Dispose of in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.
Section VII HANDLING AND STORAGE INFORMATION
Storage Conditions:
Keep from freezing. Keep closure tight and containers upright to prevent leakage.
Handling:
Avoid breathing of vapors. Handle in well-ventilated workspace, or wear approved respiratory equipment. When
handling, do not eat, drink, or smoke. Avoid contact with skin.
Section VIII PERSONAL PROTECTION/EXPOSURE CONTROL
Engineering Controls (Ventilation):
Provide sufficient mechanical (general) and/or local exhaust ventilation to maintain exposure below TLV.
Respiratory Protection:
Not required under normal conditions in a well-ventilated workplace. Use OSHA approved chemical/mechanical
filters designed to remove particulates in open and restricted ventilation areas.
Eye Protection:
Chemical safety glasses
Hand Protection:
Chemical resistant gloves
Other Protective Equipment:
Facilities storing or utilizing this material should be equipped with an emergency shower and eyewash station.

Chemical Stability:
Stable at ambient temperatures.
