Eye Contact:
Direct contact with material can cause the following:
Trace amounts of amine and residual monomer vapors may be irritating to the eyes, especially in poorly
ventilated areas. Irritation in the form of redness, tearing and/or blurred vision. Vapors can cause severe
conjunctivitis.
Skin Contact:
Prolonged or repeated skin contact can cause the following:
Slight skin irritation
Ingestion:
Can cause gastrointestinal irritation, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Aspiration of material into lungs can cause
chemical pneumonitis which can be fatal.
CHRONIC (CANCER INFORMATION):
Effects of repeated overexposure. No evidence of adverse effects from available information. NOTICE: Reports
have associated repeated and prolonged occupational overexposures to solvents with permanent brain and
nervous system damage. Intentional misuse or deliberately concentrating and inhaling contents may be harmful
or fatal.
Section IV –FIRST AID MEASURES
Inhalation:
Move subject to fresh air.
Eye Contact:
Flush eyes with a large amount of water for at least 15 minutes. Consult a physician if irritation persists.
Skin Contact:
Wash affected skin areas thoroughly with soap and water. Consult a physician if irritation persists.
Ingestion:
If swallowed, give 2 glasses of water to drink. DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Consult a physician. Never give
anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
