ETHYLENE GLYCOL: CAS #107-21-1
INGESTION: Slightly toxic to humans (oral LD: 1.6 g/kg). Causes mental sluggishness followed by
difficulty in breathing and heart failure, kidney and brain damage, possibly death. Practically non-toxic to
animals (oral LD50 rats: 8.5 g/kg).
ACUTE INHALATION EFFECTS
TITANIUM DIOXIDE: In an inhalation study, E.I. DuPont’s Haskel Toxicology Laboratory found
