All equipment can be cleaned with water if clean-up
occurs immediately after application. Rinse water
should be reserved for later use.

Line Paint is a water based acrylic system
and it must be kept from freezing during storage or in
transit. If you receive product you suspect may have
been exposed to freezing temperatures, consult
Dalton Enterprises, Inc. ([e-mail]) for
proper handling instructions.

WARRANTIES & REMEDIES
Dalton Enterprises, Inc. warrants that this product
meets Dalton Enterprises, Inc’s laboratory specifica-
tion at point of delivery. Results obtained by the use
of Dalton Enterprises, Inc.’s products are dependent
upon workmanship and conditions beyond our
control. Customers’ sole and exclusive remedy for
any defective product is limited to replacement of
such goods that are defective in manufacture or
refund of the purchase price of such goods at Dalton
Enterprises, Inc’s option. Dalton Enterprises, Inc will
not be responsible, under any circumstance, for any
damages beyond the price of material, including but
not limited to, any claims of labor expense or conse-
quential damages that are expressly included. No
informal dispute mechanism has been established.
Notice must be given in writing to Dalton Enter-
prises, Inc, 131 Willow Street, Cheshire, CT 06410,
USA. A sample of the product claimed defective must
be retained together with satisfactory proof or
purchase. THIS WARRANTY IS ISSUED AND
ACCEPTED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND EXPRESSLY
EXCLUDES ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNBESS FOR
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AS WELLAS LIABIL-
ITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Dalton
Enterprises, Inc Sales or Technical Representatives
have no authority to extend any guarantee beyond
that outlined above.
