Channel
Along the top of the Gamma tab is the Color Channel selection.
This can be
useful in comparing color ranges between the color values, and in identifying
methods when editing specific areas
.
If the
Master
channel is selected, your change to the Gamma value affect all 3
color channels evenly and keeps them balanced.
If an individual color (
Red
,
Green
or
Blue
) is selected, your change to the
Gamma value affect pixels containing that color.
Master channel is the only active channel for gray images.

button to adjust the scanning settings of document front side

Rear Side (This function may or may not be available depending on the scanner model you

button to adjust the scanning settings of document rear side.

Preferences Tab

Multi-feed Detection (This function may or may not be available depending on the scanner
model you purchase.)
Tick the
check
box to enable the Multi-feed Detection for ADF scan. When
scanning a stack of documents by ADF, you may enable this function to check
paper overlap (i.e., 2 or more pages stuck together when being fed through the
ADF).
To prevent multi-feed errors, please follow the instructions in
the Scanner User's Guide to properly load the paper into the ADF.
