No response when you
press any key
Sometimes (e.g., when
downloading dam-
aged or too large
books) the Device may
freeze
Close the frozen appli-
cation by pressing the
Return key for 1–2 sec
and delete task from
task list. If this doesn’t
help, press Reset on
the rear panel to re-
load your device.
After connection to PC
disks are not displayed
in Explorer
