Getting connected �������
To connect to the Internet with this device, you can use
WLAN, whichever is most
convenient.
4�1 Connecting to the Internet
4�1�1 WLAN
Using WLAN, you can connect to the Internet when your device
is within range of a wireless network. WLAN can be used on your
device even without a SIM card inserted.
To turn WLAN on and connect to a wireless network
• T
ouch Settings\WLAN.
• T
ouch the switch
to turn on/off
WLAN.
• The detailed inf
ormation of detected WLAN networks is displayed
in the WLAN networks section.
• T
ouch a WLAN network to connect. If the network you selected is
secured, you are required to enter a password or other credentials
(you can contact the network operator for details). When finished,
touch CONNECT.
