manufactured by Polar Pastics, Inc. meets ASTM D 4397-84 (standard specification
for polyethylene sheeting for Construction, Industrial, and Agricultural applications)
and D 2103 (standard specification for polyethylene film and sheeting) and is
manufactured in the U.S.A.
