STATUS
In Status you'll find:
l Recovery status: Shows your recovery level. For more information, See "Recovery Status " on page

l Daily activity: Shows how many calories you have burnt through training, activity and BMR (Basal
metabolic rate: the minimum metabolic activity required to maintain life).
l Week summaries: Shows summaries of your training weeks. The summary includes duration, dis-
tance and time spent in heart rate zones.

DIARY
In Diary you'll see the current week, past four weeks and next four weeks. Select a day to see all the
sessions from that day, and the training summary of each session and the tests you have done.You can also
see your planned training sessions.
