First, determine your current weight. Adjust the value with the

your selection with the OK button.
• The Program recommends a target weight for you. You may adjust it within reasonable
limits, but the Program does not allow more than a 10% weight reduction of your current
weight at a time.
• Select your correct daily activity level (workday: sitting/standing/moving).

• Select the amount of exercise you want to aim for (minimum/moderate/maximum).

• The Program recommends a Program duration in weeks for you. You may adjust it within
certain limits. When creating a Weight Maintenance Program, the Program duration is
continuous.
Based on the selections, the Program provides you with a personal program that includes
your target weight, Program duration, and a target for your daily nutrition intake and weekly
exercise energy expenditure in calories. Your Program starts.
In the electronic Diary, you can view your current and target weight. By entering in your
weight daily or weekly into the electronic Diary, you can keep track of your progress.

After a meal, write down the number of calories you had in the Weight Management Guide Book
Diary. By wearing your transmitter during your exercise sessions, the wrist unit automatically
calculates the calories burned. After an exercise session, write down the number of calories you
have burned in the Weight Management Guide Book Diary. For further information, see the section

You can also view your targets for exercise and nutrition in the electronic Diary. After a meal, enter
the number of calories you had in the Diary. By wearing your transmitter during your exercise
sessions, the wrist unit automatically calculates the calories burned and updates your Diary. For
