connection of the device.
• Maintenance, modifications and repairs are to be performed
exclusively by an expert or at a qualified shop.
• If you have questions which remain unanswered by these
operating instructions, contact our technical support service or
other technical personnel.

Operation
Do not set up or operate the product under water.
Make sure that the cables hang loosely and are not
stretched too tightly. Failure to heed this warning may
cause the cables to tear.
Do not connect the product to the power supply while
it is still in the packaging. Lay the product out entirely
before connecting it to the power supply.
Do not hang any objects from the product and do not
cover the product.
Make sure that a bulb is inserted into every socket.
The LEDs are not dimmable.
1. Lay the product out entirely and arrange the cables so that
they lie freely and are not tangled.
2. Attach the candles, for example, to your Christmas tree.
Ensure stability when clamping the candles onto branches of
the tree.
3. Connect the plug to the correct connector on the
transformer.
4. Secure the connection by turning the plug‘s screw cap onto
the transformer‘s thread.
5. Connect the transformer to a power outlet.
6. Disconnect the transformer from the power outlet for
extended periods of disuse.
The product has no power switch and is always on as long as
it is connected to the power supply.
Replacing bulbs
Always unplug the transformer from the mains outlet before
changing any bulb.
In order to avoid overheating, replace defective bulbs
immediately with spare bulbs that have the same voltage
and wattage.
• Turn the defective bulb in an anticlockwise direction to remove
it from the light socket.
• The scope of delivery includes 2 spare bulbs. Use the spare bulb
provided and turn it in a clockwise direction.
Maintenance and cleaning
• The product is maintenance-free apart from occasional
cleaning.
• Disconnect the transformer from the power supply before
cleaning and allow the LEDs to cool down suciently.
• To clean, use a clean, dry, lint-free cloth. For stubborn dirt,
slightly dampen the cloth with water.
• Allow the product to dry completely before continued use.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not
be disposed of in the household waste. At the end of its
service life, dispose of the product according to the
relevant statutory regulations.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute
to the protection of the environment.
